Calvin Tucker

On Wednesday February 26 2025, Calvin “red” Tucker received his summon for his appointment with our almighty God, Lord and savior. He passed away peacefully in the hospital surrounded by his sister, daughter, and family. Calvin was born July 18 1954 in Gunnison Mississippi to Albert and Ossie Mae Tucker. Calvin “red” Tucker accepted our Lord at 8 years old at Saint James baptized church in Shelby Ms. Age at 43. He was baptized as Southfield Baptist Church where he said that he was so young the first time, but now I really know God. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Tucker and Ossie mae Tucker, son, Kevin L Collier, sister Ethel Wallace.

He leaves to cherish his memories, brother, Cornelius Tucker of Columbus OH, sister, Annie Griffin of Akron OH and Maggie Garnett of Columbus OH, 15 children, and a host grandchildren, best friend, Valerie and Robert, and Mr. Bass.
