Emmanuel Narh Dorhetso was born on March 5, 1948 in Oterkpolu, Ghana to Reuben and Udora Dorhetso.
He spent his childhood and most of his early adulthood in Ghana. After he completed his studies in Ghana, he decided to move abroad to the United States in the 1970’s to pursue a higher education. He attended DeVry University in Columbus, Ohio, where he studied engineering. He was always seeking opportunities to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities that he could utilize to help his fellow man. He had a passion for learning and a need for speed.
He loved motorcycles, music and talking about his favorite car “The Gold PontiacFirebird.” His greatest loves, however, were God and his family. No matter how far the distance apart, his family, and the place he called Home (Ghana), was always on his mind and in his heart.
