Bonnie passed away peacefully on December 26, 2022. Born April 27, 1951 in Akron, OH. She was the 3rd child of Thomas Sr. and Lena Gadson. Bonnie was a member of Koinonia Apostolic Church. She graduated from Buchtel High school in 1969. Bonnie loved traveling, good food, casinos and she never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Sr. and Lena Gadson, brothers, Eddie, Tom Jr. and Freddie, and her beloved husband Howard Harris, nephew Yashiv Ben Israel and niece Theressa Biddle. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Anthony Gadson and Tanisha; her brother Robert Gadson, Clifford Milbry, Sister in law  Anne Gadson along with special granddaughter ReAna Gadson, sister/cousin Rosemary Byes, other grandchildren along with Brown Family,  Cincinnati Family, Columbus Family, Florida family, and a host extended other  family and friends.

Bonnie was loved and cherished by many. She served many years then retired from University of Akron. She always gave of herself freely. She was a long time member of The Helping Hand Social Club and The United Counsel of  Negro Women. Bonnie has always been a servant leader in her community no matter where she lived. She spent her lifetime giving.
