Helen Smith

Miss Helen “Vett” Smith “Austin” went home to the Lord at the age of 60 on January 1, 2022. She was born on August 17, 1961.

She really lived a great life. She had the best cars, the biggest houses, and extraordinary jewelry. She was the best at what she did, only some will understand that. More than anything she loved “ Them Kids” (her grandkids).

She didn't miss a beat, she loved her daughter. I was her best friend. Our bond was something special. She had a heart of gold. She would give her last if  she could! Helen was really a blessing. The most important thing
of all was, she loved the Lord. She will be sincerely missed by all who knew and loved her.

Helen is preceded in death by Joyce and Winston Austin; her second father, Ernest Hill and her number one lady Ms. Julia Smith.

She is survived by her daughters Latisha (Herb), Sherrica; her siblings Winston Jr, Jackie (Darryl), Wendy ( Larry), Earnestine, Christine, Ernest (Chanel), Kelly, Tina, Tracey (Meech), Rayeanne , Julie. Also survived by her six grandkids. Ted, Jermiere, Taylor, Bobbi, Hailey, and her favorite Dilly. Her “SPECIAL” best friend Ms. Sheryl Averiette. Her good friends Anthony Kelker and Charles Randles. Favorite cousin Montrey Suddeth,
and her “Dawg” Stacey Williams and a hosts of kin folks.
