John Irvin Allen, Jr.

John Irvin Allen, Jr. passed away peaceful on January 4, 2023 at the age of
79.  John was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 8, 1943 to the proud
parents of Leola West and John Irvine Allen, Sr.  He served in the US Navy
and was a resident of Akron, Ohio.

John was fun loving person, loved cooking and enjoyed spending time with
family and friends.  He greeted everyone with a hug and smile. He treated you
with love and kindness.

John was preceded in death by his parents Leola West and John Irvine Allen,
Sr., brother Darryl Allen and son Donte Daniels.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Denise Allen of Akron, Ohio;
sons Ervin (Carmila) Allen, Keith Daniels and Dallas (Emily) Daniels,
daughters Erica Allen and Erin (Thomas) Charles, brothers Dexter Allen, and
Ervin Allen, sisters Glenda (Brian) Coleman, Awilda Long, Lavine Allen, a host
of grandchildren, cousins and friends.

The family wishes to acknowledge with deep appreciation, the many acts of
kindness, your prayers, your comforting calls, cards, social media post,
floral tributes and other expressions of love and concern. Please continue to
