Marlene Welch was born September 4, 1968 to Darlene and Karl Theodore Welch Sr. Marlene was a lifetime resident born and raise here in Akron Ohio she attended Buchtel High School.
Marlene was a dedicated warrior of Christ. She was a devoted member of The House Of The Lord and attended on a regular basis. Marlene was a kind, loving and a caring person before and after you got her upset. Her heart was made of pure gold. Marlene loved spending time with family if she came in contact with you she would embraced you with a hug and made sure you felt loved by her. Marlene was always a phone call away and her love was one of a kind.
In her spare time she explored the world of fine cuisines and was a cafe owner she loved to eat and was very precise of how her food was prepared.
Marlene was a wonderful mother and grandmother and shared an unbreakable bond with her brother as they were the only two children.
Marlene is preceded in death by her grandmother Sarah Maxwell, father Karl T Welch Sr., Uncle Steven Maxwell and great-granddaughter Kaior Williamson. She Leaves behind to cherish her memories her Mother Darlene Welch, children, Daughter Toy Dowdell (Alex), Sons Michael Welch and Raymond Carter Jr. (Raiven), Brothers Karl T. Welch Jr. and special brother Johnny Brown. Grandchildren whom she loved and cared for deeply Grandsons Desmond Riley Jr, Desmarion Riley, Raymere Carter, Raymond Carter III and King. Granddaughters Karl'Janae Welch, Mi'Ajia Murray, Camiya Welch and Sharay Carter. Great-Granddaughter Cattleya Riley and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.
