Marlon J. Brooks

Marlon James Brooks 52, was called home on January 13 2025. He was born in Akron Ohio to Lula Brooks and the late James Robinson.

He attended Akron Firestone High School and Graduating in 1991 from Ellet High School. He was an avid sports fan, boasting and bragging on the Pittsburgh steelers. He was last employed with plastic material inc. He enjoyed music and playing dominos. Marlon enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Marlon is preceded in death by his father James Robinson, brother Deon Brooks, Sister Shelly Robinson. He will be deeply missed by his mother Lula Brooks, his best friend and wife Shonta Brooks. daughters She'tiquea and Dezire Brooks, Aaliyah McCants and Son Deonta Brooks. Grandchildren Car'Reion, Ter'Reionna, Terrance, Brandon, Carson, King, Tra'Miyah, Kinsley, Tre'Shawn, Deon, Truce. Sisters  Mickey Brooks (Texas) Toni Beasley. Brothers Anthony (Dionna) Brooks, Germaine Brooks. Special Nephews Marlon Jones (Houston Texas) and DeAire Robinson, Special Childhood Friend Denise Melton and a host of other Nephews, Niece's and other relatives.
