Our beloved Mary Jane Boso transitioned on May 26, 2023 at the age of 80 years old. She was born on April 29, 1943 in Washington, Pennsylvania to Ellsworth and Gertrude Burgess.
She graduated from Chartiers High School. She moved to Akron, OH at the age of 18 with her siblings.
She devoted her life to the Lord at Stone Deliverance Temple under the Late Mary L. Stone. Her love for children lead her to retire as a lunch lady for Akron Public Schools, Firestone High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellsworth and Gertrude Burgess; brothers, Lawrence
(Larry), Arthur ( Flea) Burgess; sisters, Delores Guess, and Anita Shade; nephew, David Green.
Mary is survived by her husband of 30 years, Donald F. Boso; sisters, Loretta Graham, and Thelma (Charles) Bell; sister-in-law, Karen Byrd all of Akron, Ohio, Gloria Burns of Weirton, WV.
Continuing her legacy she leaves three children, daughters, Vontella Conley, Juwan (Jeremiah) Lowe; son, Antoine Conley, Sr.; grandchildren, Kristie St. Clair, Jayla Strickland, Kevin and Cyrus Brandon, Franklin and James Conley and Antoine Conley, Jr.; 7 great-grandchildren, Kevion, Kyrin, Jay’Anna, Zarielle, Angel, James, and Gianna; God-children, Tennille and Darnell; a host of special nieces, nephews and friends; special friends, Fairy Mae, Odessa, Cynthia Jackson, Ann Fan, Madeline, Della Carmichael, Mae Veal, Valerie Powell.
