Pamela M Tate

Pamela Michelle Tate was born to Pauline and Frank Tate on July 31 st , 1961, in Cleveland Ohio. She began her early education in Cleveland public school system and completed her education at Beachwood public school system and graduated in 1979. Pamela’s sunset April 11 th , 2024. Pamela attended Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in nursing as a Registered Nurse and she was working toward her degree as a nurse practitioner. Pamela had a great smile, and loving personality. Pam touched every person she was around and left a mark that can never be erased. She was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and grandmother as well as a dear friend to so many. Pamela was very generous with her time and gave of herself and would do anything for anyone in need.
Pamela is proceeded in death by her father, Frank Tate. She leaves to cherish her memories: Her mother Mrs. Pauline Tate, her daughter Jalysa, her son Javon, her brothers Darell and Gregory, 4 granddaughters, Jalayah, Jenesis, Londyn and Aubriella, 4 Nieces, Caitlyn, Torye, Tenelle and Naomi, as well as many loving Aunts and Uncles, Cousins and Friends. She will be truly missed.
