Stacia Holmes

Stacia Ellice Pearlnita Holmes of Akron,OH transitioned to be with the Lord on 11/28/2020 peacefully in her home. She leaves behind her loving husband of 35 years, Michael D Holmes Sr, and their seven beautiful children: Monique Boykin, Michael Holmes Jr. (Loveline Holmes), Maurice “Darrell” Holmes (Michelle Holmes), Curtis Holmes, Daymond Holmes, John Holmes, and Alexus Holmes. She also leaves behind her mother Bishop Ella Ingram, Grandchildren: Ryan, Trey, Tylan, Ni'Yeon, Kayden, Michael, Alivia, Leahanna, Mason, Nathaniel, Indigo, Everly and Goddaughters Airis, Jada, Honor. Siblings Charles (Latrese) Matthews, and Derrick Matthews, Warren (Shirley) Ingram, Anthony (Carolyn) Ingram, Sharon (Fred) Reese, Marie Efford, Evelyn (Shun) Dean, Linda (Taj) Mahael, William J. Ingram, Jerry Ingram, Ra'von Ingram, Tyriene, Tanajah, and l'shana Ingram, Anita Elston, William and Layene Elston, Justice Ingram and a host of nieces and nephews.

Born on 11/22/1962 in Barberton, Ohio to parents Bishop Ella Ingram and Charles Matthews Sr., Stacia was a graduate of John Adams High School located in Cleveland, Oh. She filled her life with the love of Christ as a dedicated member of Holiness Church of Christ Deliverance Center where she participated as a choir member, church nurse, outreach minster, intercessor, and she was ordained as an Elder on July 03,2016 by Pastor Jeffery Aaron Bell of the Holiness Church of Christ Deliverance Center.

Stacia spent the last 15 years as an employee of Akron Public Schools where her outreach continued to reach the youth in the community.

She has been preceded in death by her fathers Charles Matthews Sr., William Ingram, and siblings Willy Darnell & Stephen Matthews.
